Position: Program Manager, Workforce Solutions
SUMMARY:
The Workforce Solutions Program Manager is a member of the Life Sciences Economic Development (LSED) team. This position provides logistical, operational, administrative, and project management support to the LSED team to effectively deliver and manage NCBiotech’s workforce development initiatives. Key programs include Military Outreach & Veterans Engagement (MOVE), the NC Life Sciences Apprenticeship Consortium, the Accelerate NC Ambassador Program, and NIIMBL bioLOGIC. The Workforce Solutions Program Manager plays a critical role in engaging and supporting job seekers, as well as facilitating communication with training programs and prospective employers.
